COMPUTER MONITORED PRODUCTION

From initial fabrication of the base materials to final inspection, each step in the manufacturing process is computer monitored. This program results in tolerances that are tighter than the industry standard, and also ensures tighter control on the production time of every component in the plant.

SPECIALIZED PRECISION EQUIPMENT

At Metal Rubber Corporation, we pride ourselves in the specialized, precision equipment which is routinely used to measure the diameter and surface finish of all parts we manufacture. Our digital readout comparators measure parts with an accuracy to .0001 of an inch. The laser measuring tools are accurate to within .00002 of an inch or better, and our surface analyzer can measure both rubber and metal to within 2 micro-inches. In addition, our final inspection room maintains a temperature of 70⁰F degrees which creates a stabilized environment so that accurate dimensions can be taken from all parts.
